We offer a range of different stay packages both flexible and advanced purchase, flexible rates allow you to be able to cancel or change your stay up until 24 or 48 hours of your arrival, this will be on your confirmation email depending on the package booked. All guests staying in our Executive Rooms and SignatureSuites receive complimentary access to Club Brass, our private members' lounge.This includes two floors of exclusive bar service and a 360-degree view of theNewcastle skyline.

2. What is the check-in policy for families or groups?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer 3 pairs of interconnecting rooms for families and can provide additional cots for children. Extra beds are only able to be placed in our Suites for an additional £40 per night. under 12 at a flat rate of £25 per night.

3. What time is Check in and Check out?

Check in is 3pm and Check out is 11am. However, you are more than welcome to leave any bags with reception while you explore the city before check in or after check out. We operate a 24 hours reception service. 

4. Do you allow dogs? 

We do allow dogs in some of our rooms, our fire bar and public areas. Dogs are not able to be in our Siren Restaurant. If you would like to bring your dog please let the team know as this is an additional cost of £35 per night.

5. Do you have a giftshop? 

We don’t have a gift shop, however all our items in our rooms are purchasable, please see reception for more details. You can also purchase our scent in the form of room sprays, diffusers and candles.
